Codes	What it does
21	Diverts all calls
61	Diverts calls not answered within 15 seconds
67	Diverts calls when you phone is engaged

BT Call Diverting is charged at £1.75 (incl. VAT) per month, this is payable to BT.

The costs to divert calls are set by your phone line provider. BT's Call Diversion is available as a stand-alone Calling Features for £1.75 per month or as a rental option as part of a Calling Features Pack.

Features & Benefits

You can use Call Diversion to divert:
Calls not answered in 15 seconds
Calls when your phone in engaged
Calls to one phone for when they are not answered, and to a different phone when your phone is engaged
Calls to the same phone for when they are not answered or when your phone is engaged

Tip: If you hear an intermittent dial tone when you pick up your handset, you'll know when Call Diversion is on. You can still use your phone to make calls.

When Call Diversion is switched on, you just pay for the second part of the call - from your number to the number you have diverted your calls to.
